Quick summary

This is the short version. Read the full policy below for the binding language.

  • Who we are: Alliance Unlimited Inc., a Florida corporation. We sell university-grade education in financial-statement literacy, Excel modeling, and the economics of personal money decisions.
  • What we collect: Your email when you sign up for our newsletter. Your name, email, billing address, and payment info when you enroll in a course (payment info goes to Stripe; we never see your card number). Your activity in our courses (videos watched, quizzes attempted, worksheets saved). Your interactions with our website (pages viewed, links clicked).
  • Who we share it with: Microsoft (cloud, email, analytics), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic (the AI behind the in-course Tutor, accessed through Microsoft Foundry). We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with advertisers.
  • AI: We use AI heavily and we tell you so. The in-course Tutor uses Anthropic Claude through Microsoft Foundry. Your conversations are not used to train the AI. We use AI to draft marketing content, but a human reviews and approves before publishing.
  • Your rights: Access, correction, deletion, portability — write to privacy@allianceunlimited.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
  • Brokerage separation: Real estate, mortgage, and insurance advice runs through Alliance Realty & Financial Services, Inc. (alliancerealtyandfinancial.com), a separate business. This privacy policy applies only to Alliance Unlimited Inc. and the allianceunlimited.com website.
  • Our promise: No surprise emails. No auto-renewal billing. No data sales. No advertising-network behavioral profiling beyond Microsoft Ads conversion measurement on our own website.
