Refund Policy
100% refund within 3 days of enrollment AND zero module access. Accessing any module — even briefly — waives the right to a refund permanently.
The Two Conditions
A refund is granted only when both are true:
- Time: the refund request reaches us within 3 calendar days of enrollment (the moment Stripe confirms payment).
- Access: no module — video, worksheet, transcript, capstone, or any other course material — has ever been opened by your account.
Both conditions must hold. Either alone is not enough.
Module Access Waives Refund Rights
Once you open a module — for any duration — your right to a refund ends, regardless of how many days have passed. This is intentional. The courses deliver substantial value inside a single session; accessing any module means you have already received that value.
How Access Is Determined
Module access is logged automatically by Microsoft Stream (video views) and SharePoint (worksheet, transcript, and template downloads). Every refund request triggers a decision packet that bundles:
- The Stripe payment record and exact enrollment timestamp.
- Days elapsed since enrollment.
- The first-module-access timestamp (or confirmation that no access has occurred).
- A full timeline of any view or download events tied to the account.
That packet drives the refund decision. You will receive the same packet by email when your decision is issued, so the basis is fully transparent.
How to Request a Refund
Sign in to your account and click Request Refund. The system applies the two-condition rule mechanically against the audit packet and either issues the refund through Stripe immediately or denies it with the specific reason. End-to-end, the automated path completes in under one minute. There is no email path, no support form, and no human-mediated process — the in-account button is the only refund pathway.
No Appeals
Refund decisions are final. There is no appeals process. The reason is fairness: the rule is two simple, mechanically-checkable conditions (3 days, zero access). It does not depend on judgment, intent, or circumstance, and it is not adjusted for any of those things in either direction. If the conditions are met, the refund is approved automatically. If they are not met, the refund is denied with the specific reason attached. There is no human review, no override, and no second look.
Bundle Purchases
The bundle is treated as a single purchase. The 3-day-and-zero-access rule applies to the bundle as a whole; opening any module of any of the three courses waives the bundle refund right.
Stripe Refund Timing
When approved, Stripe issues the refund instantly on our side. Your card issuer typically posts the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank.
Why This Policy
The courses are full-substance, university-grade material. A traditional 14-day no-questions window invites the kind of misuse where a buyer consumes the entire curriculum and refunds. The 3-day window protects against accidental enrollment; the zero-access condition protects against consumption-then-refund. The combination is fair to genuine buyers and fair to the people doing the work.
Stripe Public Refund Policy
The same policy is published in our Stripe account so it appears at checkout and on every receipt. There is no second policy hiding anywhere.
This policy is plain English, not legal advice. Full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will appear here when published.
