Merch Returns & Exchanges

Every piece is made to order. We replace anything that arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted. We do not take returns or exchanges for a change of mind — so check the size guide before you order.

Made to Order

Our merch is printed on demand by our fulfillment partner. Nothing sits on a warehouse shelf — each item is produced after you buy it, specifically for you. That keeps the catalog wide and the waste low, and it shapes the rest of this policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we replace it at no cost to you. Report it within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the problem and the shipping label. Once we confirm the fault, we send a replacement — you do not pay again, and in most cases you do not need to ship the flawed item back.

Change of Mind, Wrong Size, Buyer’s Remorse

Because every piece is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, the wrong size chosen at checkout, or buyer’s remorse. There is no restock to send it back to. This is the trade-off of made-to-order production, and it is why we ask you to choose carefully.

How Refunds for Defective Items Are Issued

When a defect cannot be resolved with a replacement, we refund the item to your original payment method through Stripe. Your card issuer typically posts the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank.

This Is Not the Course Refund Policy

This policy covers physical merchandise only. It is separate from — and does not change — the course refund policy, which governs enrollments and works on entirely different terms. A merch return has no bearing on a course purchase, and the reverse is equally true.
